If you are expecting and looking for a yoga workout tailored to your specific needs, I offer private, in-home prenatal yoga instruction. Whether the focus is on feel-good stretches, or rhythmic flow and movement, I will guide you through a safe and calming yoga experience.
After you've given birth to your sweet, precious babe, your body needs time to heal. If you are at least 6 weeks post natal, I offer private POSTnatal yoga in the comfort of your own home. The focus will be on rebuilding the pelvic floor and slowly working toward core stabilization. Baby wants in on it? No problem! We can incorporate your baby into the movement and offer moments for connection and massage.
Do you have a group of pregnant friends or are you looking to join a group of new moms and babes? I also offer small group prenatal and postnatal (baby and me) classes. Location determined by group proximity.

In "What to Expect (and not plan) and how to Plan (and not expect)," attendees will learn self-care tools and techniques to help carry you through pregnancy and ease your transition into motherhood. Each session will include 45 minutes of prenatal yoga and 45 minutes of group-led discussion on a given topic related to pregnancy, birth or mothering. This is an incredible opportunity to build your community of mom-friends before the baby arrives. Learn and grow (literally!) together. This series will also feature a variety of guest speakers.
