Lactation Bites

These No Bake Lactation Bites are the best little post-nursing snack. Full of protein, healthy fats, warming spices, antioxidants (hello dark chocolate!) and lactation-inducing ingredients: 


2 cups old-fashioned oats
½ cup ground or milled flaxseed
3 tablespoons brewer’s yeast
1 cup peanut butter or almond butter
½ cup honey
1 tsp cinnamon 
1 tsp cardamom 

Combine ingredients in a bowl. Work the mixture into 15-20 tablespoon size balls.
